District Rules - Adopted by the District on January 1st, 2004 amended on May 20, 2005 (effective May 20, 2005) and amended on November 6, 2006 (effective November 6, 2006).    (1.17 mb).  These are the rules and regulations developed by the District in order to protect, manage and conserve the groundwater resources for the use and benefit of the people of Fayette County (the District).
